bri00012 :  my salon carries it but so does bhldn, Midsummer circlet. It is pricey. I didn’t realize how pricey until my card was swiped but every time I go into the salon, I play with it. That being said, something “viney” that can be manipulated could create the same look at a fraction of the price i paid.

All I know is anyone getting married after me has an item they can totally borrow. 😉

VictorianChick :  what about finding necklace like it and adding ribbon? Just a thought!

beachybridemrsd2bee :  I thought about that too, but so far my search has come up empty. There are small pearls on the headpiece along with a few crystals, and thats why I like it. Not super flashy.

bri00012 :  this one is from Etsy and is handmade in Russia (and just for fun that happens to be where my Fiance is from), I paid 63usd including tax and shipping. I loved so many from Nordstrom and BHLDN and searched for months online but I didn’t want to spend 125-250 for a bridal hair piece. The one I tried on when I bought my dress was perfect, and went all the way around my head with a pretty gold ribbon but it was $360 :(((

I’ll be wearing it with the opening towards the back and probably tucking it into the braids. I was thinking of putting a flower or two near that space and creating a focal point but I’m scared it will be overkill.

VictorianChick :  it is absolutely beautiful. I did a quick Google visually similar item search and, well, nothing was what I would call “similar”. My other thought is getting in touch with an Etsy artist and see what they can create like it in your budget. I love the understated glamour of it and how you wish to wear your hair.

I’m having a beach wedding in Jamaica and am having a purple orchid in my hair.  Thus is my second wedding. For my first I had made some hair jewelry and a comb to match using wire and beads.

This was mine, sola flowers and evergreens. Disregard the fact that we’re all in our footie pajamas, that’s what we wore getting ready!

My hair inspiration, and the eucalyptus hair clip I bought from Etsy for $50.

VictorianChick :  I’m pretty sure you could DIY this. Go to the jewelry section of a craft store and you’ll find something similiar for necklaces/bracelets.

I didn’t wear a veil (last last last min decision) and just put a sparkly pin in my hair. I was so happy with the look and felt so much lighter without a veil.
