    I’m wearing a complimentary color to my wedding colors.

    Here’s what I have saved from Modcloth (without straps):

    But then again, I love dresses and any excuse to dress up in a colorful pretty dress, I’m all over it. lol

    Here’s what I have picked out for my rehearsal and rehearsal dinner dress so far:
    (without the owl necklace lol)

    my dress was white with a purple belt and a colorful, swirly/geometric print at the bottom.

    i didn’t make a point to wear white, it just worked out that way and one of the colors in the print also happened to be one of my wedding colors. i’d had the dress for a couple years and hadn’t worn it yet and my shower was the perfect opportunity.

    @purplelace:  It’s from Alloy.com — they don’t have that exact one anymore, but they do have others that are very similar.

    I want to do white everything 🙂 I don’t wear it often and love the idea of playing the bride role. It’s silly I know – but I like knowing that I am FINALLY getting to get married and I can make some decisions in my life that are a *little* self centered. It’s nice to feel this way.

    @TaurianDoll:  Modcloth for the win.

    I just want excuses to buy dresses from Modcloth, honestly. I kind of want to wear a different color dress for each event. I wore a pink dress for the engagement party, a green dress for engagement photos, a red dress for something, a blue dress and so forth.

    But that’s just my idea. I personally like the idea of saving the cream or ivory dress for rehearsal dinner, but then again I want to show up with a GIANT RED FLOWING AUDREY HEPBURN dress

    so I may be crazy

    I wore a blush pink dress from franchescas (www.francescas.com) for my shower last weekend.  They have so many cute dresses for a shower, it was hard to decide.  I did however wear a white dress for my bachelorette party.

    I just wore a nice chambray shirt and skinny jeans with tall cognac boots and a chunky pearl necklace.

    My mom wore a white shirt and I was like – why are you wearing white to my shower!? I think she was offended but I didn’t care. Hahaha. I don’t have ANY white (I normally don’t think I look good in it) so even if I wanted to wear white I couldn’t have. Ha!

    We’re having a proper English tea – Fiance is Scottish – so I’m wearing a pretty floral
