I was going to do the red white and blue but its so fourth of july. So i was lurking through the wedding websites and i finally got the colors i wanted. Blue, white, peach. it is end of summer it will fit my rustic picnic bbq theme outside and my ceromony site is Fort Knox. I am so excited. I have my mason jars already and now i gettin picnic basket for the cards to go in. I havent’ gotten a dress yet but i am headin for florida for vacation and may look down there. My brides maids are wearing peach and men are wearing blue shirts with tan pants and white ties and peach boutiners what do you all think?

@nafarey7: I love that color combo! Are you doing a light or dark blue?
Here are some inspiration boards:

PS to answer your question, for our sept 2011 wedding our colors were cobalt blue, apple green, light ivory, and slight touches of pink. π

I’m a Sept 2014 bride too! Wooohooo! Here’s the basis of my colors- I am not sure what color I want my BMs to wear, maybe a deep teal? Or plum? Or poppy?! Ahhhh….I think some of these colors will just be plucked all over the venue and in decor. Groomsmen & Fiance will most likely be wearing charcoal suits. π

Another way to have a red, white and blue wedding without looking overly “4th of July” is to have a Cherry Red and turquoise wedding. I love these colors together. This was my 2nd pick for colors if Fiance didn’t like the gray orange and red colors I chose.

So pretty! I like the lighter/softer shades of peach versus the bolder ones, but that’s just me.
My colors are the neutral spectrum (nude, champagne, ivory) with pops of plum!
