We’re having purple and orange as well. I’m so excited about our colors! I’ve told people and most really like it, although I did get one scrunched up nose about it. I made a monogram that I want to use on different printables because that nose made me worry….there was nothing to worry about, I think the colors look great together.

@FutureMrsKelly2014: nearly scheme twins 🙂 we’re doing black/Ivory/Blush. I just love the combination together.

I wanted to do ivory but the venue I have my heart set on only has white linens so I figured I’d use that. I’m going back to see it on Monday though so maybe they’ve got some options since I saw them last almost a year ago! I’m glad I’m not alone with that scheme, I just LOVE IT.
I’ll have touches of silver and gold as well for my “vintage glam” theme

They do look great together, especially for October! I love it!

Our colors are mint, light pink, and charcoal grey! I’m going for a romantic vibe/color palette.

Amazing! Any inspiration palettes?

This is one of my current inspiration boards. We’re having a rustic/romantic vibe. The flowers will be our touches of pink, as well as the flower girl tutu dresses.

My “official” colours are chocolate brown and gold, but really any fall-ish colour.
I’ve got a nail polish topcoat that’s made of 24k gold flakes and it is absolutely perfect for this.
Autumn is my favourite season, the colours are the whole reason I want to get married in October, so I’ve generally got a fall-ish thing going on. It’s just after Thanksgiving too, cornucopias all around 🙂

So no color scheme planned for my Oct wedding And when people ask, we always say we’re going with white. From the beginning I didn’t want a color scheme because I just knew that I’d get stressed out and go crazy trying to find the right items that had the right shade of teal or blush and ain’t nobody got time fo dat! Or at least I don’t haha! I know that about myself so I let that part of wedding planning go and hoped for the best.
Interestingly, we now have a color scheme and it’s wonderful because it happened organically. So now our colors are white, silver and green. The green began with the green palm leaves on our invites, then I requested to have plenty of greenery show through my white bouquet, then we attached small green ribbons to our confetti bags. The other day the fiance bought a nice apple green striped tie. We have glittery silver table number frames and the fireplace we’re getting married in front of will have a huge silver framed mirror above the mantle.
I’m so happy it happened this way so we’re just rolling with it 🙂
