Ethiopian cuisine is my #1 favorite food! Also Indian cuisine, Mexican cuisine, sushi, and Middle-Eastern cuisine.

And I love spicy foods.

As far as individual foods: lobster, crab, cheese (good cheese from a cheesemonger, especialy Shropshire Blue), cherries, pomegranates, zucchini, homemade peach pie made from sctrach with fresh peaches with homemade ice cream on top, most pickled things (pickles, pickled eggs, pickled okra, etc.).

Lobster, steamers, chicken picatta, raspberries, mashed potatoes, rice pilaf (seriously.. I will make a box as a “snack” and eat the whole thing), chinese food, garlic bread, and this apple stuffed chicken that I make…mmmmm.

As Julia Child said, a perfectly roasted chicken (heavenly!). Sweet potato fries with Ranch dressing, seared tuna with a little soy and spice, she-crab soup with copious amounts of Old Bay seasoning, yellow Thai curry over rice, and shrimp baked in garlic and olive oil and spices drizzled over sauteed broccoli – yummm.

And that’s only a teensy bit of the food I dream about while I’m at work – ha!
