I have appetizer cocktail parties all the time. They’re my favorite! I usually do a combo of making things myself and heating up ready-made stuff from Whole Foods. I love their mini quiches, pot stickers, samosas, grape leaves, and spinach pies. I’ll also get a loaf of garlic bread or cheese foccaia and heat it up. I also like doing a huge charcuterie platter with cheeses, cured meats, nuts, spreads, fruits, and condiments. I usually do shrimp on a salt block with cocktail sauce and a cajun remoulade, and Jalapeno poppers are always a favorite.

A really good charcuterie and cheese board for SURE (or at least cheese board). Especially if you have an assortment of pickled things and nice breads and crackers. Goes fantastically with wine and mingling

Spring rolls and samosas are another fave

And veggies and dip so you don’t feel TOO terrible

misslucy :  Or baba ghanoush! Yum. Chopped up veggies (peppers, carrots) would also work.

What about vegetarian sushi rolls? That way no one has to worry about raw fish making them sick. Some other options you can do in bulk is taquitos or empanadas. Or pizza rolls… Man, I’m hungry.
