COSRX Clear Fit Blemish Cushion #27 (helps prevent acne and is a good color match for my tan skin)

Cream Blends Vanilla Body Oil (not a super sugary sweet vanilla scent)

Adidas Adilette Navy and Silver Glitter Cloudfoam Slides (super squishy and comfortable, while still looking cute and not slubby)

I absolutely love Jimmy Choo. Fits me perfectly and it doesn’t give that bruise or scratches even if you wear it the whole day

I’ve been changing all my face & body products with organic ones and nourishedlife from Australia is a Godsend.

I love the axilla paste (deodorant) and my FH loves it too.

100% pure coffee bean caffeine eye cream is amazing to my sensitive eyes and helps a lot with lines, I use it for my new smile lines too and a little vein that popped between my eyebrows it smooths it.

Zkin line smoothing serum is AMAZING it works almost instantly and bye bye lines in a couple of days, you can feel it working tightening your skin.

I also love Pai Skincare, I have very reactive skin I’m always red but it’s not eczema, the product I can’t live without is their Rosehip Oil, I use it everyday. This one I order from their online store because they offer worldwide free shipping in all orders 😍.

Some things I find myself repurchasing over and over again are:

Old Navy Rockstar Jeans

Columbia winter apparel (coats, boots, hats, etc)

Giovanni haircare

Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara

IT Cosmetics Je Ne Sais Quoi line (my favorites are the 4-in-one Vitality Lip Flush lipstick and the ombre blush)

MAC Face and Body Foundation in N2- its transfer resistant, buildable, and water-based. Win win win.

Nalgene water bottles.

North face, anything.

J crew work pants.

SUN ultra dark sunless tanner Ultra Dark is AMAZING. It looks so so natural, smells good when you apply it, and lasts.

Irregular Choice and Hot Chocolate Designs for shoes, I’m in love with both!

Also L’Oréal telescopic mascara. Most makeup I’ll vary and try different options, but this is the only mascara I ever use.

pbubs :

I like Oribe, too and Ouai, all of their products smell so good.  There’s a detangler I could not live without, No 4 Super Comb and Protect, it smells divine, too.  And it works like pure magic.  Got that from Birchbox.

And a dermaroller for micro needling, I don’t know enough to have a favorite brand. They don’t last long, though.  After a month or so, the needles get dull.  After I’d been using it for a couple of weeks, Dh stopped me in the kitchen to tell me how well the micro needling was working.  It truly is noticeable.

I love Sephora’s micellar water cleanser.  Sadly, it looks like they don’t have it anymore.  But, I will stick with micellar water. Birchbox also has a micellar water toner that I really love.

Not really a product, but, one of the things that makes me deliriously happy is my monthly Allure Box.  The products are good  brands (a few Kat von d items last month) and they always include one full size product.

Way better than Birchbox, though I get both, because it’s fun. And Birchbox has lots of nice stuff, too.

Totally forgot to mention KanCan jeans.  I will never ever buy jeans from another place.  Just the right amount of stretch but they don’t ever expand to a different size.  They’re cut amazingly well.  Were I a rich person, I would have a closetful.

Armani Face Fabric: I use very little so it looks natural, it prevents shine and makes my skin tone a little more even.

I use almond oil (which I buy very cheaply from our local pharmacy) if my skin is dry.

I use P20 or Ecran Carrot Milk sun creams (factor 20) when in a hot climate.

I’m 56 and have very few lines and no deep wrinkles. This is because I’ve been careful to protect my skin from the sun since my early twenties. Sun-kissed but never sunburned is what I say. – s

There are some other products that I like. There’s a company in Britain called Lights4Fun that sells indoor and outdoor fairy lights in warm white – so cheering on a dreary Scottish winter evening.

There is also a small company called Calzeat that does throws and jackets. A few years ago they were given the Contract for soft furnishings for the White House. Clearly the Obamas had good taste.

I occasionally work in France and enjoy the department store Galleries Lafayette. The French are so much more elegant.
