As many of you know, I am looking for my next role. I have the behavioural interview question/answer period down pat. I also have the standard questions that I ask every interviewer (catered to the specific company, of course).
However, I’d like some suggestions for new questions I can ask. HR bees and hiring managers, what do you like to be asked? What do people ask that annoys you? I know my own personal preferences but I want to break out of that box.

@MrsPanda99: I had some good ones when I was interviewing that I think impressed some interviewers. I asked what skills or traits would be helpful to bring to this role, I asked what some major accomplishments the last person in the role had, and I always asked if the role was primarily team-based or individual work.
The primary thing I never thought about was “Am I actually going to like this job?” I was always just so focused on getting the interviewer to like ME, that I forgot to ask questions that would help me figure out if I would enjoy being there, fit in with the dynamic/culture, etc. Hence how I ended up with a job I stayed at for 2 weeks and HATED EVERY MINUTE OF. Luckily I got offered another one, when I love. But I think really getting a feel for the culture, the supervisor you would work with (assuming that’s who you interview with), the day-to-day, and the client interaction would help.
