Staying in, ordering Chinese food and playing with our new Wii. We hope to invite a few people over, but it’ll depend on who’s in town. I’ve never been big on going out for NYE… too much hype and people get obnoxiously drunk.

We’re going to a comedy show with my parents and then heading back to their place to ring in the new year.

I know, I know… We’re going kah-razy this year. πŸ˜‰

We are actually looking forward to doing nothing this year. Making a yummy dinner, a nice bottle of wine (or 2) and just us πŸ™‚

I’ll be at a rented house in the Poconos with a group of friends.  NYC is the absolute WORST place to be on New Year’s Eve.  Total amatuer night and full of tourists.  I’ll be snowboarding and drinking instead πŸ™‚

Staying in.  FI hates going out on NYE.  He thinks it’s the worst time to ever drive anywhere because of the drunkens on the road.  Plus we’d rather be comfy in our own surrondings.  People can come over if they’d like, but I doubt anyone will.  We’ll probably just make wings and drink beer.

We hate going out on NYE; however Darling Husband friends and family all live close by in our town so we are going to his cousins house for a huge get together. We always have a ton of fun with Darling Husband friends. My friends do the “dowtown” thing in our city and it was never our cup of tea. Looking forward to it!

We are having a small shindig at our apartment – with mostly just siblings. My husband has a few brothers and sisters in and around college age that are going to come up and spend the night and I’m having my brothers and sisters over as well. Probably just finger foods, drinks and games. im excited πŸ™‚

I think we’re going to the movies to see Dragon Tattoo.  There are a few bars near the theater that we MIGHT go to.  Otherwise, we’ll just come home.

We are having a big party!  We just moved into our first place together a couple of months ago, so this will be our first party, and I am SO excited for it πŸ™‚  I am going to make some tapas and play laid back music for the first part of the evening, then it will transition into a wild dance party as it gets later hehe

I’m going to a party at a friends house – lumo theme, finished my outfit today. I’m not a go to some huge party at a club kind of girl. Over the last 5 years i’ve done a range of things, stayed home with my man, gone on a fishing trip (we spent new years eve around a fire place under the stars in the middle of nowhere, it was incredible), house party’s, big party’s in clubs etc etc. I’m a firm believer in the fact that it doesnt matter what you actually do as long as you are with the person you love or a great group of friends.
