Here in Utah, it’s a completely different wedding culture.  I am not from here, but this is what I’ve observed:

Couples are usually very young (20-22) and date 6-9 months before engagement
Couples typically marry in the temple, so only temple approved/worthy guests can witness the wedding (which is not me)
Bridal party does not stand up in the wedding, I’ve seen only Bridesmaid or Best Man and not Groomsmen though

No rehearsal dinner, but family luncheons are very popular instead
No drinking at receptions
Receptions are usually 5-7pm (prime meal time), but they only serve cake and punch
No dancing (at the ones I’ve been to)
Weddings are all days of the week – mainly due to temple availability
Reception invitations are almost always with photos – and no RSVPing.  You sent out like 500 to every person your family every knew, and hope they show up for a cupcake.
Gifts are usually way less – I was told $20 is normal
Rings are not exchanged in the temple, so sometimes a couple will do a ring ceremony after the wedding, mainly for non-temple worthy guests who could not go inside the temple
