@AlmostMrsShield:  Thank you!! It’s so nice hearing compliments on the Bee- I seem to get much better reactions here than IRL! Must be the excellent taste all Bees have 😉

@FemShepN7:  Thank you so much!!! It’s my dream band too, I just wish the responses IRL were more positive!! I think the ring is beautiful regardless & I’m growing very impatient for it to be here 🙂 I hope you fall in love with your mossy!!!!

@minipenguin:  your ring is gorgeous! I am generally not a fan of marquise, along with many others, but that is because they are most often associated with dated settings and styles. If it’s done right (like yours), a marquise can look absolutely stunning. Seriously. don’t doubt it. It is so beautiful.

@KeeganWynne:  Gah, I love your ring! In my head I started saying “heartsy, heartsy!” when I saw it. What type of stone is it? I’m a gemstone lover myself. Gorgeous!

I had no insecurities about my ring until I joined the bee and read about all the people who hate cluster rings. I had never even heard that term before! My fiancé proposed in the jewelry store and the ring he proposed with was way too big for my taste. I wanted a square diamond with a square halo. The only ones they had that I liked were clusters. If the store we were in would have had one I like with one large diamond, I would’ve gotten it, but I certainly wasn’t going to say I wanted to go somewhere else when he just proposed in the store! I picked the one I liked the best and I love it! from the side it looks like the bottom of the Eiffel Tower and most of the time you can’t tell it’s 4 separate stones. I get compliments on it all the time, but I still look at it some times and think about people judging me because it’s a cluster. Even on this thread people have said that “quad clusters” are ugly/tacky/cheap. I wish people would keep their mouths shut and let others be happy! Also, from the beginning my fiance didn’t want me to get it because it wasn’t one big stone, but everything he picked was round and huge!

I feel ring sits too high but I love the side view of my ring, just wish it was a lower profile, also  my setting is made of 18k white gold and  I have read that lots of people do not like 18k . My fiancé picked this setting because he liked the side profile vs other style settings. I keep my ring in the box most of the time because Im scared of scratching it, especially if I know I will be working with my hands a lot. Still very thankful that I have this beautiful ring and my fiancé did a wonderful job! Love my ring! also does anyone else feel bad about how much your fiancé spent on your ring? Sometimes I feel like we should have got something smaller and used the money for our future.

I feel like my ring gets judged for being “trendy”. It has a halo, rose gold, milgrain… I have also had someone call my ring a monster… that really bothered me. It isn’t gaudy in my opinion, but I do feel like people think it is. (bee comments about carat sizes etc.)

I’ll play! I feel insecure when people gush about how big my ring is & automatically assume its a diamond. Ive explained to friends/family its a moissy center stone, but to strangers I dont bother, so its awkward when they stare at it in awe like its this crazy 40k$$ ring. I dont really know how to react, so I just say thank you and change the subject.

I don’t see anything wrong with anyone’s rings. They are all beautiful!

@kuuipokai:  Drooling at the color!

@minipenguin:  for the longest time I didn’t like marquise. That’s until I tried one on and fell in love. They have great finger coverage and I love that they have a beautiful vintage/unique feel to them since they aren’t that common now.

My only insecurity about my ring (and it’s not often) is that it’s too big. It’s a tiiiny bit over 3 carats so it is larger, but only rarely do I get insecure about it. When discussing rings with my Fiance we decided on 2-2.5ct but he got a great deal on my stone so the size was a surprise to me, too.

@Barbiestylez:  I love your ring! I know I’ve told you before. I’ve never seen a moissy in person but I imagine they stare because it sparkles like mad!

@MrsHarness625:  I just showed fi your wedding set, and I’m telling you he’s the pickiest person I know when it comes to my ring, he loved your set and will use it as an inspiration for my wedding set in the future! I have one concern though, my e ring has only one thin solid band unlike yours, and I don’t want that much gap. Yours is perfect! It looks like it’s made for your e ring! Do you mind giving me the link of your exact band, I’ve never seen an enhancer for a cushion halo and I fell inlove with yours
