Avoiding hot baths in the TWW? Because the baby can’t regulate its body temperature? Hummmmmmm k?! There is no “baby” …it’s a clump of cells which cannot and does not need to regulate its temperature. Sounds really absurd. If you’re going to avoid whatever increases blood flow and heart rate don’t you dare climb stairs! Or paint the nursery! Or bring groceries in from the car! Hell, don’t even push the grocery cart! LOL

No alcohol, no OTC pain killers besides acetaminophen, no caffeine (but I don’t do coffee anyway so that’s easy.) I was pretty laid back before, but after the MC I’m a little traumatized and prefer to be more cautious.

@BossaNova: I agree. When you have been in the ttc world for a long time or have had a bfp that didn’t result in a sticky it def makes you more cautious. Plus it’s never bad to try to increase healthier choices.

I stopped drinking.(I take metformin and it is not a good combo) I also conned convinced my DH that the cat box is his job until further notice. Oh and its Tylenol or nothing for me. I read that Motrin and such can mess up ovulation.

@EverAfterBegins: I convinced my DH the same think about the cat box! 🙂 Except now he’s out of town so it’s my job again. 🙁
