We’re having a late summer/early fall wedding so we wanted bright summery colors(versus the traditional fall colors of brown, red, orange, and yellow) but we also didn’t wanted it to be too girly or cutesy so the guys will be wearing gray suits and the girls will be wearing navy blue dresses.

Our colors were various shades of white and ivory…then because I love the color pink, we had pink. I know…not very original, but it was completely me, and Darling Husband didn’t mind. In fact, when it was all put together, he loved it.

Mine were ivory, navy and black. I did a little bit of a spin on a black and white wedding.

My dress is purple and I love peacock feathers (long before it became a fad! lol) so peacock colours it is….purple, indigo, bright (lime/olive) green with copper and bronze accents.
