Melly319:  everything looks so perfect! Really nice!!

Our favors will be homemade 10 oz soap bars in a variety of fragrances & some will be herb infused. They will be packaged nicely in bundles of 3. They’re always a hit around the holidays and come in handy for fundraisers. My family & friends always ask for them and even pay me to make them a couple. I started to stress at first, but I couldn’t think of a better favor for our guests–something they can use & something I know everyone loves.

we decided to take that cash and get a photobooth, and I’m so glad we did.

You guys put such beautiful work and thought into your favors, but unless I can eat while I wait for my food to come out, I’d probably worry they’d get left behind and then you’re stuck with half of them for yourself.

It makes me happy to still see my friends’ pics from our PB on their fridge 🙂

We had little mesh bags with two Lindt truffles inside as well as prints from the photobooth.

IMG_1889Our wedding is wine-themed (my fiance is a chef/sommelier and we got engaged in napa valley). The favors are mini wine bottles and stemless wine glasses (i blurred out our names — that’s why they look funny! 🙂

we are doing organic honey filled jars with wooden honey dippers that say “love is sweet”, with our names and date on the tags wraped in lace.  I am DIY them!

We are doing a barn/rustic wedding.  I got mason jar drinking glasses and we are spray painting a heart with chalk paint on them so people can write their name. Killed two birds with one stone, favors and drinking vessels in one go.  And I got a really good deal on them so it was less than $200 for about 150 guests.

Kristina1213:  I had seen the bags on amazon.com, but I think they may have shipped from Asia and were packaged in more than we needed. We purchased them in packages of 10 from a local party store, and there were many colors to choose from.

Amazon sells bulk boxes of the Lindt truffles, and we also got some on holiday clearance. They were pretty easy to assemble. I hope it works out for you!

craigslistgirl:  Thanks, I’ll check out Christmas Tree Shop and Party City and see what they have. I found Lindt sells them online in bulk 550/$145.
