You know, I honestly have never listened to any music to make me feel better… like anything specific.  If you get what I mean.

With that being said, I listen to Philip Wesley for calming music that relaxes me enough for me to fall asleep.  He is also my creative music.  If at night, I ever have any agitated residents or residents that are struggling to fall asleep, I also stick his channel on.  Its just solo piano, so theres no lyrics.

For working out, I love Pandoras 80’s cardio channel.

Hope that helps.  🙂

It’s funny, whenever I’m sad I like to listen to country music. I also like Switchfoot which is Christian Rock, really uplifting lyrics. Recently, “Catch My Breath” by Kelly Clarkson. When I was younger, Tori Amos and Sarah McLachlan were my ‘life sucks’ fallbacks 🙂

These are not really workout music though, lol. When I work out, I like hip hop music, Usher etc, something with a fast beat.

@littlemisst08:  Love it!  That came on during a tough stretch of a run the other week and I was all belting it out LOL
