@msjellyfish: Thank you! We bought it at JB Robinson ๐Ÿ™‚ They were having their semi annual sale so it was marked down to $300 and then we had Merry money from when he bought my engagement ring so we were able to take $100 off of that for a grand total of $200…Score!…just incase you were wondering haha (I guess I am a little proud of my find).

Long story really short I had to get a new one today (wedding band) – the other one was poorly made and warped in the Texas heat.. (so sad Cry). But I got a new ring!  I think it’s a great wedding band, but I think for those who want diamond… @Miso – I think this could work.. It wouldn’t interfere with a what I consider a solitaire – it’s embedded in the ring. It’s Elsa Peretti for Tiffany and retails just under 300 in case you were interested.

@msjellyfish: I got a channel set wedding band to go with my solitaire engagement ring (it’s an elongated cut — Tiffany Lucida rectangle).  I chose Brilliant Earth’s petite channel set wedding band to go with it.  I wish I had pictures, but my engagement ring is off getting resized right now.  I really like the combination of the channel set-band with the solitaire ring though.  Also, my jewler told me that I was less likely to damage my wedding band by wear against the engagement ring if I went with a channel-set ring instead of a shared prong setting…

@skibobrown:Good point about the damage factor. I hadn’t considered that.

@shashabee:  love it!  Is that a shared prong?  I’m leaning towards something like that!

LavenderBride24 Yes it is! It’s a shared prong, 1/3 eternity (only 9 stones across the top of my finger) band. I suggest you go try on a few different styles and see which one you like best! ๐Ÿ˜€
