First off your ring is beautiful.  I love vintage rings and I feel like any band could be paired with them. A thin gold band or engraved band would look Awsome. And you can never go wrong with a thin micro paved diamond band. Either way I would stay at the 2mm and under.

I agree that a plain band or a really thin pave diamond one would look good.  Mine is kinda similar (also vintage) and I have a thin white gold band.

PS, Congrats!  The ring is really pretty – vintage is the best 🙂

@Esperanzy:  I agree that a thin plain band or a narrow micropave diamond band would look very nice. I would try to go 1.7mm or less as to not overshadow your delicate engagement ring. Love vintage. Congrats!
