I too have an antique in your style. Is the setting old too? I’d love to see the side profile.

I didn’t want a curved wedding band so dealt with the gap.

After trying on hundreds of styles this is what looked most harmonious.

(Heputaringonit also has a similar style ering so hopefully she’ll post too)

omg2018bride :  Congrats! I LOVE your ring– it is just gorgeous! Can you post some closer shots of the profile? It’ll be easier to see what kind of band may fit or look best : )

Your ring is absolutely beautiful! I’m a sucker for baguettes. I have similar concerns with my ring since I don’t really like a gap, but I also don’t want a curved band. I’m definitely going to follow this thread – maybe some bees with have some suggestions that I can use too!

omg2018bride :   How do you like that ring snuggie / ring sizer at the bottom? I was looking at that style but hadn’t bought it yet.

omg2018bride :  nope I like the gap now. And the rings do move around a bit sometimes but no great shakes. Our wedding bands are modern and the jeweller changed the band a bit so the band setting prongs line up either side of the main diamond. And that helps to keep them in place. Both rings are platinum and fine to be worn together. I guess your setting is plat too? If so get a plat wedding band and I believe you’ll have no issues with them next to each other.
