Hehe, the first one I remember involved having forgotten my dress, but it was all okay, because my cousin let me borrow her red tube top. Hahahaha…

I had a dream that I didn’t have time to put my dress on, so I got married in a really simple white dress.  Then I spilled on it.  It was pretty upsetting.

I had a dream last night that it was right at the end of the wedding and everyone was going home when I realized the photog had never shown up and we had no pictures of the wedding at all. More than a little terrifying. I wonder how bad they’ll get as I get closer to my date..

Omg!  What a well-timed thread.  I had my very first wedding nightmare last night…

It started at some point after the ceremony when I was somewhere else ‘getting ready’ for the reception.  Various things were going wrong (I can’t remember specifics, I was just very frazzled) and by the time I got to the reception, everyone was gone!!  SAD FACE.

Btw, the reception looked like a birthday party with takeout pizza and wings, and my Fiance was nowhere to be seen at all in this dream…

I’ve had 4 wedding nightmares in the last month. The first 3 were that either my Future Sister-In-Law (2 dreams) or one of my bridesmaids (1 dream) were pregnant and gave birth at our wedding. I was pissed for like days following these dreams. THEN we find out like 2 weeks ago that my Future Sister-In-Law is pregnant. I pretty much had a nervous breakdown. She’s due less than 2 months before so I guess it’s not that bad.

The most recent dream was a doozy. I dreamt that my mom and I were in the bridal suite getting ready when I realized that I had never booked the photographer. I was hysterically crying as I was calling every photographer in the area to see if someone could come last minute. Then the hair stylist/make-up artist didn’t show up so my mom pulled someone off the street. It ended up being some middle aged bald guy who claimed to have been a hair stylist years ago. When he was finished with my hair & makeup, I looked in the mirror to see that Phyllis from The Office (in the episode where she and Karen went to get their hair done to make the sale) was looking back at me. He made me look like a party clown with a terrible perm.

Then, my dress didn’t fit and when my mom finally got the bitch to close, the buttons flew off like torpedos. Thankfully I woke up after that. I don’t think I could have handled anymore.

I had a dream that it was suddenly my wedding day but it was October… my wedding isn’t until July! But everybody except me was convinced that it really was our wedding day so I had to go along with it. But all i had for the wedding what what I had already planned and purchased so, a venue, photographer, and officiant. No dress, no hair style, no make-up, no GUESTS! I hadn’t even sent out the save the dates yet and even if I had people were going to show up on the now WRONG wedding day! So we all sat down infront of the alter like 4 year olds about to be told a story by the officiant when he suddenly said “you are married now. Kiss your bride” and walked away. Thankfully that is when I woke up… It is reocurring is different ways but always the same idea, the wedding is suddenly NOW and only with what I have done and planned up to that point. I guess my fear is that I wont have everything done in time and that nobody will be there?

I’ve had at least two so far. One being I wasn’t wearing my dress as it hadn’t arrived in time so was wearing something else and I was so upset. The other one was that we weren’t in the venue we’re having and I felt the day was an anti-climax plus my FI’s Auntie hadn’t come, but I was more upset that we’d paid for her food and there’d be an empty place at a table.

Ah!!  I had my first last night… and I’m not even deep in the process.

I’m having my rings custom made with all round cut stones.  I dreamt when I receieved the rings, they were all princess cut, huge and gaudy, and totally not the design we agreed upon!  lol!
