Kirkland brand for the last 5 years, my doc puts all women of chold bearing age on a prenatal. Though I  did take kids SpongeBob gummis for a while with an additional folic acid tablet. Suddenly after the ms kicked in the Prenatals I’d taken without issue for years made me sick.  I forgot to bring them on honeymoon, so I just took folic acid that I bought there for a week. When we got back to Canada I bought some nature made ones. I threw up every single pill I took. At bedtime, with food, 30 minutes after food, on an empty stomach, you name it, I tried it   they simply did not work for me. I went back to my normal ones when the ms let up and I haven’t had an issue since.

Nature Made with DHA here too. It was important for me to choose one with no artificial flavorings or colours. I’ve heard some reviewers complain it can smell fishy so I keep the bottle in the fridge lol! No fishy problems here! I have to take it with a lot of water and food or I throw it up though. It is a pretty big capsule.

I’m not pregnant or TTC, but I have been taking prenatals for a while (they are PRE-natals! lol). Plus they cause me less nausea than a regular multivit. I take the one a day brand.

I take the generic Target brand prenatal vitamin. Will be adding folic acid about 6 months before we get married. My Fiance is older than me and we will be trying as soon as we get married.

I’m taking the Garden of Life Raw prenatals, after hearing rave reviews and hearing that they helped others prevent morning sickness. I’ve loved them so far (still no morning sickness, even though I’m sure that’s not the only reason, at 9+ weeks). They also don’t have any artificial food coloring and have good amounts of the essential vitamins.

I am taking BellyBar chewable prenatals, along with a Spring Valley brand DHA pill.

I am terrible at taking pills and was terrified by the size of most pill prenatals, which is why I went with BellyBar. They are fruit flavor and not bad at all! The Spring Valley DHA isn’t a big capsule to swallow so I can handle those.

I used this helpful list of Top Prenatals by lab door to help me decide on what to take. It’s a great link. It lists the top 25 prenatals by quality and best value. Check it out!
