TheMrsTulip :  hahahaha, I love it!  Also, love the pink nails!  My little guy is a SHITzu, because he’s a little shithead, but I love him to pieces.

I think they both have some Shepard.

Maybe your brown boy has some Great Dane and German Pointer?

I’d looked at tipped or speckled breeds because of his little spots.

I have a terrier mutt. I think probably mostly Jack Russell.

KiwiDerbyBride :  Your dog is precious. My first dog was a family dog who was a beagle. She was the best companion. I think it’s possible your pup is an English foxhound. They’re very similar to beagles just taller.

ladama :  I don’t know what breed your dogs are but the mixedcolor one looks a lot like my pit bull mix!

As you can see, our “little girl” is now the biggest of all of them ๐Ÿ˜‚ They all have such different personalities, and are the source of endless entertainment.

sarathemermaid :  I did wonder about foxhound but he’s really not as tall as they are. Plus from everything I’ve seen they have longer legs (proportionally) which he doesn’t have – he’s pretty much just a scaled up beagle, which is why I think there’s some harrier in there – they’re halfway between foxhounds and beagles but look more beagly in their proportions.

I have a mutt as well and just bought him a dna test that identifies his breed. Some of the mix I had guessed but I was surprised as well! His results said he was 1/4 German shepherd, 1/4 lab, 1/4 pit bull, 1/8 beagle and the final 1/8 they couldn’t identify any more specifically than breed “groups” – potentially Asian, hearding, or companion. The lab/ shepherd didn’t surprise me but I thought for sure he had golden retriever and was surprised to see pit and beagle. I spent hours googling different breed combinations and finally caved and ordered the test. It’s a lot of fun to see the results, you should try it for your guys!
