I used the smartbride.com free budgeting tool. It’s basically just an excel document with some equations and titles already in it.

To be honest, I only used it at the start when we were looking at doing an expensive wedding. We got sick of the final number looking so big, so we just did a cheap wedding without keeping track of the costs, then added it up at the end.

I use the knot for EVERYTHING. My budget, guest lists, seating charts, etc. are all on the knot.

I just put a spreadsheet together on Google Drive (which I can access from any computer and my phone). I found most of the tools out there were too cluttered with stuff that I didn’t need.

Wedding Wire, but I’m thinking of creating my own in Google Drive when I have a free evening.

Using the wedding budget tool on weddingwire.. i listed off everything i need to purchase, broken down [not just like decor, but every single item], and as i purchase that item I mark it paid.

I used a spreadsheet on Google Docs. It was great. Darling Husband could also access it if he wanted to (but he didn’t, LOL).

I made a spreadsheet in Excel, which I could upload to Google Drive, but I usually have my laptop with me and no one else needs to add things to it.

I used wedding wire but I find an excel spreadsheet works better for me.  It’s easier just to pop open and update.  I don’t have to log into a website.  Adding lines is really easy.  I really don’t have much need to access it on the go either.

And my excel spreadsheet is quite lengthy and active.

I used a spreadsheet I made myself.  It’s pretty detailed!
