I think I am going to be taking the lace appliques with loads of beading off of my dress and am going to add lace on the bodice instead, because it’s just much more me and I would love my dress a lot more without it. The problem is, I just feel SO bad taking such gorgeous beaded appliques off my dress that I’m having a hard time doing it!! Is there anything else that I can do with the beauties to feel better about it?

@amberkathleen: you could have them attached to your veil, perhaps? 🙂

@amberkathleen: You could glue them onto wide bangle bracelets, napkin rings, a plain pair of heels (wedding shoes?) or something else unique. Perhaps use them as hair pieces for yourself and/or bridesmaids? Another idea would be to hot-glue them onto plain Christmas ball ornaments, that way you have a bit of your wedding to remember every Christmas. 🙂

I liked sweet tea’s Ideas. The veil is a good idea too.
Use them around your bouquet? make a belt for your bridesmaids dresses, attatch one, two or three (depends what they look like) to a piece of wide ribbon or fabric to make a belt?
Sell them? see if anyone is wanting them to make a pretty belt for their wedding dresses?
someone on etsy may buy them? if it has alot of beading they could be worth a bit of money??
