“What Women Want” is on tonight, and the Boyfriend or Best Friend actually chose it when he was flipping through the channels. He really likes the movie 🙂 Hahaha, he actually said, “I think I’d like to have that ability. To hear women’s thoughts.” I said, “HA! Nooooo, you wouldn’t baby!” But then I thought, well, maybe……hahaha.
What you ladies think? Would men really want to have that power? Or not? Maybe even ask your SO’s if they would or not.
And, what chick flicks does your guy like to watch?

Mr. Mellow loves Twilight. He even read the books after he watched the first one

@Wonderwoman217: That is actually what is on my tv right now also. My Fiance says he would love to have that power but with the ability to also “block it out” when need be.
Any chick flick that has Katherine Heigl in it, he is a fan of. haha.

My husband actually enjoyed The Twilight Saga: Eclipse and watched it with me when I bought it. He also likes Knocked Up (not necessarily a chick flick?) and he thinks Legally Blonde is hysterical.

How to lose a guy in 10 days is one of FIs favourite movies.

FH loves to watch True Blood, more like a soap opera than a chick flick. He waits for it more than I do.

Kingy isn’t that into chick flicks but he loves teen movies like She’s All That, Mean Girls, and Bring It On, he’s Australian and sometimes thinks high school is like that in America

He’ll almost always sit down and watch Love, Actually with me. And loves Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist and Juno (although I wouldn’t necessarily catergorize those two as chick flicks per se).

Fiance cried when he watched the Notebook with me 🙂 such a cutie!

Mean Girls. He seriously didn’t know it was a girl’s movie until I told him.
In his defense, he hardly ever watches TV and doesn’t know who Lindsay Lohan is.

@aprilsixteenth : Mine too!! And *Nights in Rodanthe* and *Cherry Blossom* and “Bella* (all which I HIGHLY recommend!) and many others… he’s a sucker (like me) for a deep, transformative, healing movie.
My Fiance loves the Ghost Whisperer, too. And Ugly Betty. It amuzes me because he puts on this big tough agressive scary Mexican fighter guy persona sometimes… but he’s really a passionate, sensitive, sentimental softy.
Shhh… don’t want him to think I blew his cover! lol 😉

Fiance loves Devil Wears Prada, if it is on tv, that is what we are watching.. he is (not so) secretly in love with Anne Hathaway haha

Oh, I just remembered…when I first met my Fiance he asked me on a date to a movie and let me pick. I don’t know what I was thinking asking HIM to see it with me, but I really wanted to see “He’s Just No That Into You.”
Before I met him, I was on a self-help book kick and had read that book (along with Behrendt’s other book “It’s called a break up because it’s broken” and also “The Rules” and a few others (I was determined to “get it right” the next time around 😉
So anyway, without blinking an eye, he agreed to see it with me for our date. I thought, WOW what a man! He must really be into me! Then, we arrived and it was sold out and I saw the waiting line… about 200 women. Doh!! No wonder he agreed so easily, lol!

Man, we’ve got some smart dudes! Those are all good movies! Least I think so, lol. For the record, I’ve gotta add that my SO also likes to watch Fried Green Tomatoes and Sweet Home Alabama. Love him 🙂

My guy loves Moulin Rouge! He’s also willing to watch Disney movies with me, hehe.
