my dress color is champagne* and origanally I wanted to have my groom wear white shirt vest w/e with a white bow tie with the gm all in black bow ties ((this is b4 I even had a dress)). Now that its not white I am afraid we wont match & our photos will look funny. At the bridal store an assistant told me “it doesnt look that bad” . but I am not going for “doesnt look that bad”

Definitely don’t go for white, it’ll make your dress look dirty. Is there an ivory option? My dress is a very pale cream, so the guys are wearing ivory shirts.

My dress is ivory and my Fiance will be wearing a tuxedo with ivory shirt, tie, and vest. It’s hard to tell in the picture, but it looks really nice in real life! 🙂

My groom is doing Navy (my dress is ivory). But I love ivory and bone or ivory. I found this pic (while looking for past pics of my venue) and I think it’s just lovely.

Good question, i was thinking about this the other day since I’m wearing a champagne colored dress too. I’m thinking maybe a tan color suit would look good.

My dress was champagne but semi-formal. The groom’s party wore dark grey suits with pale beige shirts amd burgundy ties. The BMs wore burgundy dresses. Looked great together!

I have a dark Ivory dress and my FH is wearing a classic black and white cumberbun (sp?) and all. I took my dress in to see what it looked like. I was told him wearing white would make my dress look dingy, but it didn’t. I love the classic look the two pulled off together.
