@DrAtkins:  Wow, that is a great price!  I’ve clearly been looking on the wrong websites.  Thanks for the tip!  Share lots of pictures when you get it!

I’m loving #3! Could you possibly incorporate a rose gold cup to enhance the stone color? If you wanted to, I mean.

They’re all killer designs. My preference is 3, 2, then 1 only because you already have #1 lol.

@DrAtkins:  #2 and #3 are awesome! I have something very similar to #3 planned for work with him once I get through a couple of other projects. #2 is a lot of ring, though I am unexpectedly digging it.

Side note-I like the streamlined underside that you picked — I have seen several of his pieces on Instagram with that recently. I am planning on doing one of this floral undercarriages since I have wanted one forever…but this is so tempting! I think it will add a nice modern element to the ring.

@DrAtkins:  I am in looove with the solid looking rose gallery I’ve seen him do for others, maybe with a little hidden ladybug or snake head poking out, but hesitate only because I’m not sure how I’d clean it and how it might impact the color of the stone. My center stone is a precision cut vibrant lab pad, and I don’t want to darken it.

I think rose gold would play more on pink champagne and yellow would play more brown tones. I’d say get 18k rose gold it’s not as bright pink. Whatever you choose will be lovely good luck!

@DrAtkins:  The fleur-de-lis is so pretty and I can totally imagine it being frustrating to clean with a teensy brush! Thanks for the advice on the clased galley.

The lab padparadscha is from Gene Flanigan/Precision Gems…he will cut to order if he has the rough in stock. It is really lovely.

Here’s a pic (though the stone is brighter in person without any purple…I am not great at photographing colored stones 😕)

@DrAtkins:  Did you get your diamond yet? Please post pics when you do! I ordered a 1.11 ct light brown as well! I’m having mine set in a simple rose gold solitaire. I’m dying for IRL pictures so please share.
