Each time I read articles (presumably American) about what is the best in the world, these are the most common answers from food critic:
1. Italian (always number one)
2. Chinese (always number two)
3. Mexican (always number three)
Then in no particular random order: Indian, Thai, French Greek, Spanish, Japanese, American (specifically BBQ)
So bees, what do you like the best? Please share and feel free to write anything (not included in the list)
Note: I don’t know if the cuisines listed were prepared and sampled in the US (which might alter authenticity or who ever wrote the article axually flew to these countries and sampled the local dishes).

Greek food is my absolutel favorite. I could eat it every day.

Thai is my favourite! I did 3 weeks in thailand for my honeymoon and it was so amazing to try the huge variety of flavours from around the country.

This is the revised/updated thread. The other one with the same title is a duplicate so please participate on this one instead. Thanks.
ETA: my corrections didn’t show up. Like actually spelling instead of axually in bold. Not sure why that is in bold either. Anyway, I wanted to add a la Anthony Bourdain style about the author flying to these countries and sampling local dishes. You can also specify where you sampled the cuisine.

I love Asian-influenced food (Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai– I don’t discriminate)/sushi. Could it eat every day.
I also really enjoy a good burger every now and then, though. Guilty pleasure. Side of fries and mac n cheese. So. Good.

Another vote for Thai with Middle Eastern cuisine as a close second!

I am an equal opportunity eater. I’ve never met a cuisine I didn’t like. That is not to say ive met them all, but I can usually find something tasty on just about any menu put in front of me.
As an American, it can be hard to find authentic food from most cultures. For instance mexican food in the US is often found smothered in melted cheddar/cojack cheeae. That is far from authentic. But I love both authentic and Americanized Mexican food. Same can be said of Italian, thai, Chinese, etc.
Long story short, I love food.

My all time favourites are authentic chinese and japanese cuisine. Ever since tasting the real thing, I really do not enjoy westernised chinese food, but the japanese tends to be ok.
My favourite home cooked food is north indian (my culture), closely followed by carribean (particularly jamaican, which is my fiance’s culture).
For comfort food I love traditional british stuff, especially a good sunday roast.

My favorites in no particular order are Italian, American South, Mexican, Dominican, Jamaican and Indian. Thinking of all of this makes me want tostones, jerk chicken with rice and peas, and veggie samosas. Guess I’ll have to settle for the meatloaf I brought for lunch today lol

Another vote for Greek! Although I once ate at an independent Italian which didn’t sell pizza and their food was amazing.
I’m pathetic with spicy food and once got food poisoning from a curry so Indian and Thai aren’t for me!

Thai, middle eastern and Indian (though to imply that all Thai, Middle Eastern or Indian food is the same is absurd).

Thai, Indian, Mexican, Italian. Hard to pick an absolute favorite, but I love all of those.
I also enjoy Japanese, Korean, Ethiopian, Greek, etc. but they just aren’t in my top few.

Thai is my favourite, followed by Japanese and authentic Mexican.

I like Indian food, but honestly? There is not a cuisine that I don’t like.
