I’m pescatarian (don’t eat meat but occasional fish/seafood)

So my two favourite cuisines would be Indian (so many yummy veg options and my husband is Indian, we cook it at home too) and Japanese

I like almost all cuisines though as long as there are veg options!

Thai, Italian and Indian.

Just slightly below: Malaysian, Vietnamese, Mexican.

French reigns supreme for desserts though, followed closely by Italy and China.

In no particular order – Mexican, Japanese, Thai, Indian, Italian. I lived in Japan and adore the food, I’ve been to Thailand repeatedly and ALWAYS take cooking classes when I go. Italian food is to DIE FOR. I was shocked at how good it was and I always think back fondly to people watching at outdoor Italian cafes with cappuccino and pizza (yeah I know I’m not supposed having cappuccino after noon).

I love Puerto Rican food but I haven’t had enough of it to say I love it all. Same for Middle Eastern food – I loved many things I ate while living there but I’m not knowledgable enough about the cuisine. French food is amazing but too rich for every day…though I was completely a tourist there so it might be my own fault. German food is awesome, but I’m from a German area and I was so happy to see that I actually understood what was on the menu when I was in Munich!

I’ve been to every place I listed, except for India, to eat the food authentically. However the majority of my Indian food was had while working in an international school run by an Indian community in Japan. The food they prepared was definitely authentic.

My favourite is Italian, but it has to be authentic, second would be Indian and third is probably Thai.

I LOVE Mexican (Tex Mex too of course), then Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Ecuadorian, Salvadorean.  I also love American food, but often fusion foods like Latin/American fusion or such like that.

I don’t care for Indian or Greek, though I’ve tried to like both.  Just ingrediants and flavors that don’t ring my bell.

Oh goodness, I love so much food. But I could die happy in a vat of spicy curry, be it Thai or Indian.

I’m super weird about meat. I basically like lean and medium-well beef, ground beef, and chicken breast. I also hate mushrooms and eggplant, which make up a lot of vegetarian dishes. Thai and Indian are my favorites, Italian food coming in third. I enjoy Mexican food as well (both tex-mex and more authentic dishes). I’m dying to try Eithiopian food, but there isn’t any nearby. I haven’t tried a lot of cuisines, and really the only one I just am not fond of that I have tried repeatedly is Chinese. I’ve tried Japanese, Korean, and French cuisine, and have enjoyed it, but haven’t experienced enough to say it’s my favorite. Compare that to the Thai place by work that knows my order by heart, ha.

Italian food is close to my heart because I grew up around it and we always had it at special occasions so it has fond memories associated with it (like linguine with clam sauce and eggplant parm on Christmas Eve, or my late grandfathers meatballs). But generally, I’ll eat damn near anything aside from insects or innards. I love Mexican, all Asian cuisines (particularly Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Thai), Indian, French, American regional foods (Creole, a good lobster roll, a terrible for you casserole like my midwestern dad and grandma used to make, soul food, BBQ), Greek food, Irish/UK foods (don’t knock black pudding until you try it!) etc. I want to try more foods from the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Africa.

TLDR; ya girl is always hungry over here

I’d say Japanese then Puerto Rican cuisine are my absolute faves.  A bowl of udon noodles would be so good right about now.
