Check out Allure Bridals. Some Allure dresses are very similar to Pnina.

I second Allure! This is the one I might be getting. It’s Allure 9003. 20150701_154038

There’s also this one by Demetrios:

If you really want a Pnina Tornai, but you don’t want to make the trip to New York to get one… You can buy one preowned online if you are willing to go that route. I did and I don’t regret it! I got my dream dress from Pnina Tornai, worth $9000 brand new, and I got it for a quarter of that! I got mine from preownedweddingdresses.com. It’s a great site and it’s very safe!

If you don’t want to do that though, I can understand. In regards to designers that are similar to her, I would probably recommend Allure Bridal. They have a few dress designs that are similar. You can also get a dress custom made as well by a custom wedding dress designer in your surrounding area.
