I designed our monogram in Illustrator, then had the image cut out of a metal disk to use in a gobo light and had it projected onto our dance floor. It really looked special. We have one photo of us where we had been dancing but then we just stopped to admire the gobo monogram like the dorks we are. It was a nice detail.

Mine has to be my newfound knowledge of all things “fake floral”! I’ve done ALL my wedding’s flowers, from the bouquets to the aisle decor to the centerpieces. And they look pretty real if you ask me!

I made EVERYTHING. Florals, paper products, drinks, etc. I had a LOT of time on my hands, lol. Oh and mom made our bridesmaid dresses. I mean, crazy! =]

Haha, I’m still adding details to make sure my own wedding is Bee quality 🙂

There are no pictures of my wedding because my photographer hasn’t posted ANY yet, and it was such a muggy and humid day and the lighting was really dark inside that none of our guests’ digital pictures showed up well.

I learned of the oot bags here as well and going to incorporate them. I am still debating about the bathroom baskets.

Weddingbee has also make me think twice about things like having a signature drink (we originally were only having beer and wine) and the first look.

I’m about 15 months out but the bees have been such a source of inspiration. I’m not at the fine detail point of planning yet, but I’m sure I’ll be using some great bee ideas that I’ve picked up.

Out of Town bags, bathroom baskets and a few other things! I love WB for showing me all of this cool stuff and yet sometimes I wish I knew of nothing… it’d be so much easier!
