Hello Bees! Thought I’d start another thread that was on the lighter side of things. Fiance and I were in the mood for steak, and had never pan-seared it before. So we hit up the grocery store and got some steaks and potatoes, and cooked our first NY Strip steaks tonight. I think they came out pretty yummy! Here’s a pic before we tore into ’em:

Citrus peppercorn haddock and vegetables and a cupcake for dessert. Was quite nummy.

I made sweet corn fresh from the farmers market with garlic-spinich chicken sausages and a side of Mac & Cheese. It was pretty good. 🙂
Fiance sure liked it as he made sure there were no left overs.

@Sweet_Tea: oooh– that looks amazing! We made brown rice pasta with peppers, tomatoes, spinach, and parm. It was amazing!

I made pizza (dough and all!) with 5 kids of cheese, three kids of peppers, mushrooms, onions, spices and hot sauce!

Pepper onion pepperoni mushrooms olives on a whole wheat crust here!

Homemade pepperoni pizza made with dough and not premade crust. We eat dinner late since SO works until 10 PM, so I don’t know if it’s good or not yet!
