What did you do for Save The Dates?

We thought about doing magnets but decided they’d get thrown out and just went with some regular save-the-dates  from Walgreens website to save money. Then we sent a 4×6 of our favorite picture from our engagements with each invite so people could save those if they wanted to.

Magnets are very common.  We used them for our Save-The-Date Cards and when I visit friends I still see it on their fridges lol. We still have our friends STD magnets on ours as well.  Paper Save-The-Date Cards and emails get thrown in trash so easily and lost in the shuffle. Those that have Stainless fridges have them on their kitchen doors.

We used paperless post, it was great as it was easier for us and for our guests.

I find magnet, beer mat or other random items pretty pointless for save the dates. Guests might hang onto the invite for the 6 weeks until the wedding to have the details on hand but your extended friends and family don’t want a photo of every couple getting married in the next year or two on their fridge.
