My dentist recommended Crest White Strips and I’ve had great luck with them in the past.  My teeth are somewhat sensitive already but they don’t seem to bother me.

I use the Colgate whitening gel that comes in a small bottle and goes on like nail polish.  In my opinion, it works just as well as the bleaching trays I used to get from the dentist, but I think my teeth are easy to get white.

It really helps get good results if you floss before bleaching, no matter what method you use.

Also, any bleaching agent is probably going to cause some sensitivity in most people.  I have really sensitive teeth anyway, but I find using a sensitive toothpaste (I have had really good luck with the new Crest dental care line) really helps!

I went to First Choice Dental in Middleton and had my teeth whitened- they looked great.  They are actually still really white almost 7 years later.

I’m currently using Crest 3D whitening strips I’m noticing a differance. I wish I could have purchased the Professional set but it was to pricey for my blood.

I used crest whitestrips…the professional effects box works well. I used every other day, because two days in a row caused sensitivity. Also, Do Not Do This, I got the great idea to brush with baking soda…I dumped it right on top of my toothpaste everyday…and gargled with full strength peroxide. after about 1 week my gums were red and bleeding…it hurt so bad I could barely brush. I guess using baking soda that way was too abrasive and I was brushing the skin off my gums…I thought I had gingivitis, but 2 days after I stopped doing that my gums healed. Lesson learned: Patience is important—don’t try to get results overnight by resorting to weird methods. I guess baking soda would be okay if I made a paste out of it…but from now on I just don’t use it, it tastes gross too.
