ysel :  Girl I could not recommend them enough!

We just went to the courthouse (just us) and then our photographer. We got breakfast the morning of at one of our favorite local spots. We took our time getting ready. We took the scenic route to the courthouse. Afterwards my husband got a wedding band tattoo nearby. Then we changed to sweats and got dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. It was seriously amazing. It was so laid back and so us. The ceremony was like 2 minutes long and I’m glad that’s all we did. We still had mini receptions back home for my family and a little reception for his family in town.

What we both agreed on was a dream honeymoon. Because our wedding was so small and cheap, money was no object for the honeymoon. We got to do everything we wanted and go all out! Now that was the best week ever!

That’s a tough one lol. So I’m new here. I’m actually to the point now where I know an engagement is coming soon, as I just picked my ring and I know he’s hid it. Also, we are going on a vacation to Miami next month because our 9 year anniversary is then. Yes, 9 years. We’ve been together since I was 15 and we’re still pretty young I’d think lol, so that’s why it’s such a long time haha. Plus I wanted to finish up my masters and other things first. But I think he may possibly propose on our trip, strongly think so. As our trip is 2 weeks away now the wait is killing me. I don’t think it would hurt for you to open up that conversation about it. Especially since you mentioned that you usually don’t and let him start the conversation first. ๐Ÿ™‚

Once we reserved the ring, I never mentioned it again to avoid putting any further pressure on him. We were engaged about a month and a half later!  Hopefully you don’t have to wait too long!
