What a good question! I’m interested in seeing what everyone else says! I think I will probably dry mine and keep them in a vase until they disintegrate. Since I’m hoping to have all or mostly hydrangeas I think this is a solid plan. Before the hydrangea bouquet I was going to (bouquet) toss them though. I figured that I will have enough mementos from the wedding that I didn’t need my bouquet. Guess I’m of two minds!

I was going to attempt to dry it, but I forgot it at the venue and didnt bother to go back to get it.  =(

I dried mine (they’re actually still hanging in the upside down position!) and will keep my bouquet for as long as it will last. 🙂

Not sure my input’s helpful, because my bouquet was fake (coffee filter roses!), but I put it in a vase and now it’s decorating our guest bathroom between the two sinks 🙂 Moving from a 1-bedroom apartment to a whole house means I’m kind of lacking in the decor area.

I left mine at the reception hall. Oops.  It was actually looking pretty droopy by the end of the night (peonies and sweetpeas are not the sturdiest flowers), so it probably wouldn’t have been worth trying to preserve it.

My sister-in-law gave me hers. She says that she and my brother decided they wanted me to have it even before my Fiance and I got engaged. I thought it was a very sweet thing for them to do.

Of course now I have the problem of what to do with it! I’m trying to dry it by just letting it hang. We’ll see how well that works…

I threw mine out.  Dried flowers don’t do much for me.

I tossed mine Embarassed. I’ve never successfully been able to dry flowers.

Mine went home with my mom and I think it got tossed out.

I have 4 roses sitting in my kitchen that I’ve had for 6 years in February… I love dried flowers! My bouquet is going to be massive though, so I may just remove a few of the flowers to dry out and keep. =)

I can’t find it.. but I once saw a bride who dried and pressed flowers from ger bouquet and framed them. It looked really simple and elegant. I wished i had bookmarked it..

I’ll ask my Fiance about this idea when the time comes:

not to be put into the bed frame like this one but to be put in a frame with multiple sections for the wall behind the bed… otherwise they will be put in a vase somewhere in our bedroom =)

I looked into those freeze dry preservation things but they’re so expensive so I will probably end up just throwing mine out.

right now they are hanging upside down in my closet. Eventually I’ll put them in a vase somewhere or the like. That’s what SIL did with hers and it still looks really nice almost 6 years later.
