@lauraq123:  hi date twin.  it’s funny you posted this b/c i still have them all in a big envelope.  i don’t know what i’m doing with them.  probably put them away with all of the wedding stuff that i am saving.

I was thinking about … throwing them away. Is that bad? There are so many wedding things that I’m sentimental about, but the cards just aren’t really one of them (unless it’s a super duper sweet one that rocked my world). Is it bad karma to throw away the cards?!?!?

I am planning to crop out the messages that people write and include them in my scrap/guest book that I’m currently creating– I don’t have pics yet, but I will soon!

Right now, they’re just in a plastic box. I think I will probably get a decorative box for them, or a decorative photo album with big enough slots for them to fit. It’d be nice to have them somewhere out in the open than just in storage somewhere. At the same time, I don’t really need cards “displayed”, just accessible.

@juliette.eliza:  I think this is a really good idea.  Cut out the messages and any of the designs which are really important (like if I got some home made cards, I’d want to keep them).  Definitely something I’ll be keeping in mind!

@iarebridezilla:  Don’t fret about it Wink if you aren’t sentimental about the cards, what’s the point in keeping them?  Definitely get rid if they’re just cluttering up your life!

I’m planning on making a book out of the bridal shower and wedding cards, similar to what @Birdee106 posted.  I actually pinned that same photo onto my pinterest account!
