We usually go out to dinner for Valentine’s Day but the weather has been horrible here so we just wanted a nice evening at home instead. We watched the finale of Celebrity Big Brother and ate pizza from Pizza Hut! He also got me a card and a pretty Pandora heart ring!

New undies, eh?  That’s a pretty unambiguous message! He sees you as hot, hot, hot!

We need pics of the new lingerie to properly evaluate. You need not model it, unless, of course, that’s something you like to do.

He is out of town so I think nothing. But he did give me this necklace earlier at our 6th anniversary last month that I also consider as valentine gift and push up present:

SmartCookie1 :  haha sorry double post. Yes! I did the exact same thing after my daughter but I think it was more like the next day or evening when I was less wooooo. I was like fries!!! Coke! Omg! We usually eat keto light with  protein and veggie carbs but I’ll be damned if sometimes I don’t want fries so every so often I just grab some lol.

We don’t do much for Valentine’s Day ever. But he did get me ice cream and fries which I was craving. And booked me a prenatal massage because my back pain is insane. Our anniversary is February 10 so we usually celebrate that.

I thought mine was going to leave me upset, hes a chronic non-flower-giver and flowers are my absolute favorite. We had a bit of a rough couple days when I found out he had no plans whatsoever, but he made up for it by showing up with 20 roses and a box of my favorite chocolates after a late night of work yesterday. He’s taking me somewhere for dinner tonight and maybe to see a movie or whatever sounds fun at the time. Also a promise to get flowers regularly because he realized how important to me it was.

We don’t generally do Valentines presents, but the past couple years we’ve gone out to nice dinners and given each other cards. This year he’s been busy at work and wasn’t sure if he’d have to work late, so instead of making dinner reservations we agreed to celebrate this weekend. He ended up not having to work too late last night so we stayed in and had a lowkey evening together – he brought me flowers, and I gave him the gift of coming home to our fave takeout, a clean apartment, and me in lingerie. I don’t have a big investment in Vday as a holiday but sometimes it’s nice to have an excuse to plan a romantic night together.

My husband got me some flowers, chocolate, and a cute stuffed sloth (that he thought we could give to baby soon- I’m pregnant).  It was more than I was expecting!  We just got a pizza for dinner, but we’ll go out for brunch this weekend. 🙂

sassy411 :  We had a shrimp korma and lamb vindaloo  ( I apologise if that offends your vegan sensibilities) with spinach naan all on the spicy side. The naan is deeeevine. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I got some surprise flowers and gifts from  my husband and my mom that were delivered to my house while I was at work. However, they were stolen before I got home. Luckily my camera caught the idiot doing it, but I was super upset. I have crazy pregnancy hormones right now and my husband is deployed, so I’m distraught about missing out on my valentines *sad*

desiderata :  I posted the video in a couple of the neighborhood watch apps for my area so maybe somebody will be able to let me know who this guy is. Ugh. when he opens the box and sees that it’s a journal for my first pregnancy, I hope he realizes what an asshole he is.
