I am going to be doing a lot of etsy shopping for my wedding. Most items are a really reasonable prices, can be customized, and are artisan made. What’s not to love?
Did any of you guys use etsy vendors for elements of your weddings?
If so, what did you purchase and from who?

@Gabthebee: I actually got little bits and pieces but nothing major.
I purchased a flower sash for my Maid/Matron of Honor to distinguish her from the other bridesmaids. I was able to get it custom made and the lady was amazing all the way through with communication.
I also purchased a gift for my girls! They were little clutch bags and again i got to choose the design from the ones she had on offer. Again very good seller
One of the best purchases though I can’t really use it again was our stamp! The design of the stamp was AH-MAZING! And I loved that again you can customise it with your date and names and such like. We not only used it for our favours but for our invites too and it really helped us sort out our theme of the day
Lastly, I also got our thank you notes from etsy. Again custom design from a design the shop owner advertised, again good communication, I think it took a long time to be received but that could be the international problems.
I hope these links helped. I found most of my experiences rewarding and all the products were high quality and exactly what I wanted!
I also flirted with a few items that I wanted but didn’t need like the name hangers, custom garters, cute wooden guestbooks etc. But with online my suggestion is to weigh up what you actually WANT with what you NEED and always go for what you NEED first!
I love etsy and am absolutely addicted to it!!!!!

I ordered a bunch off of Etsy and loved everything we received! It was nice to get such quality products that didn’t break the bank.
These were the favors we went with. They’re little 1oz jars all customized for your special day, and the jam was fabulous! They were a huge hit with all our guests.
Our cake topper:
My bridesmaids bouquets (they were gorgeous!):
My bouquet (which everyone was crazy about, no black pearls though):
And my favorite purchase, my veil:
If you want to know any of the vendors I used just let me know, I’ll be more than happy to link you! 🙂

I got my dress for dancing on Etsy! It was someone’s old Cotillion/Debaunte gown!
I made it tea-length and added a crinoline!

My hair piece.
Stickers for the favors. They’ll look just like this, but in purple and teal.
Guest “book.” Its not ordered yet though.
Mothers corsages and BM’s bouquets. Both will be in white.
Also thinking about getting these glasses.

@Gabthebee: Etsy has tons of great butterfly things. I’d probably do my whole wedding in butterflies if it wasnt for my Fiance. =)
