I’m still planning mine for this summer but I already know 1 thing.  It’s kinda for both of us, so I’m sure I’ll get him something else too.  He writes tv/movie scripts as a hobby, so when he proposed, he gave me this 4-page script to look over and get my opinion, and basically the characters were us and in it he said…

Darling Husband:  ItsPronounced_Abear, Will you marry me?
ItsPronounced_Abear:  ??

then he asked me how the story ended… So, my plan is to frame the last page with “Yes…. Yes! Of course, YES!!” (which is how I actually responded) written on it.  So that fulfills the Paper tradition!

Oh, you wanted ideas… oops, made that all about me, didn’t i?  LOL.  Anyway, how about getting him tickets to something?  A show, a sports game, even a movie?  Tickets are made of paper!

I am in the same boat. I need some ideas too. The day’s coming. I can’t believe it though that it’s already time for 1 year anniversary! Time flies.

Another idea for Paper is to get a really nice copy of a favorite book.  Maybe see if you can find a 1st edition hardback (if he doesnt already have one), or get one signed by the author?  I know easier said than done, but you never know.

Or if you’re big nerds like us, you can get the Harry Potter film encyclopedia.  It’s huge and like $50, so that’s a fairly substantial gift.

My Dad bought tickets….

Train tickets to a place where there was a concert (that also require tickets)
