hey! For our main course we’re having chicken schnizel, prime rib and salmon served family style with grilled vegetables and roast potatoes. Did your venue give you a list of options?

I think Italian food would work great served family style- different pastas, breaded chicken, sausage, veggies, calamari with dipping sauces, tossed salad. Mmm.

Or maybe Southern bbq- pulled pork, shortribs, corn bread, beans, sweet potatoes, salad

Just some ideas 🙂

I don’t have two entrees, but we’re doing boston butt, sliced and pulled, with an option of bbq sauce for the pulled pork. It will buffet style with potato salad and baked beans and a dessert bar of southern style dessertsl pecan pie, peach cobbler, banana pudding, red velvet cheesecake brownies, and pound cake.
