We are actually renting a trolley instead of a limo. We have a large wedding party and are having a June wedding so the trolley seemed like a better choice. We are payin $300 for 3 hours.

That sounds like a good number for the amount of time and that it included tax and tip. We had to make sure we had cash on hand on wedding day to tip our driver. Kind of a pain!

We’re paying $300 for 3 hours for a limo–but I don’t really think we’ll use the whole three hours…

Man, I wish that were our price quote. We are at about a grand for limo services. Stupid, I know.

That seems crazy high to me. We are renting a 32 person luxury coach bus to transport our guests, for the same amount of time, with a driver obviously, and it is only costing us 510 Euros (about $675.00). That is to transport 32 people.

We were quoted right around $600 for a minimum of three hours. We only need the limo for about an hour to transport me and my BMs from my sister’s house 30 minutes away from the venue; so needless to say, we are not having a limo.  I hate the minimum time frame for the limo when it comes to wedding bookings!

That sounds like a good price to me…we rented a stretch Hummer which held 22-24 people I beleive for 2 hours, not including tip and this was around a small town area, not a big city and it was $595.

Our transportation was pretty expensive. But we had a classic trolley for a large bridal party. We spent $1100 for 6 hours

Were paying $750. This will include three 25 passenger shuttles that will take guest to the vineyard from 3:30-4:30 making continuous loops, and then take the guests back to the hotel from 9:30-11:30 making continuous trips. A limo for me and the girls to the vineyard and then it will come back to get the guys and bring them. We will also have a car that will arrive at the end of the evening just to take me and my fh back to the hotel :).

@X0JLYNN03:  Oh wow! 20-22 passengers? I think that’s an even better price then! 🙂

The trolley in our city in Michigan (totally get the weather constraints!!!), can have the windows open or closed. It is also heated.

We don’t need transportation for the bridal party, just guests.  So we are doing a “split shuttle” for $400 (inc tips) for 3 hours.  This will drive guests from the hotels to the venue before the ceremony (1 hour) and transporting people home towards the end of the reception (2 hours).  It’s great to have an option where I’m not paying for the 4-5 hours in between!
