We used Wedding Wire and were really happy with it! We just used it for the website part though and didn’t bother with doing online RSVP or using their other features. It’s free, easy, and looks really polished.

westcoast_girl: I used the knot and it was perfectly fine for what we wanted. I looked into a few websites before but I just wanted to keep it super basic because Im sure people view these things once and then thats it. Unless you are building one because I viewed every single one I could find online multiple times!!

westcoast_girl: I used http://www.mywedding.com
Super easy to navigate, and FREE!
We’re also using the website for our RSVP’s. I love it.

I used Wix. It was great! The design process is very user-friendly. There are a ton of basic templates to choose from, as well. I liked the clean final look we achieved, and it doesn’t look just like the typical theknot site.

Another vote for wix.com
ETA: Just know that your username will be in the URL, so keep that in mind when signing up (although you can actually change your username after the fact, thank goodness!)

westcoast_girl: I am using Appy Couple and I love it! http://www.appycouple.com/ it is so easy to use and there is even an app too! And there are so many different designs!

westcoast_girl: I must have researched twenty different options before choosing Mywedding. It came down to that and Appy Couple. What I like about Mywedding: (1) There’s a Wedding Party app that allows people to upload their own photos to your website’s photo stream (which we preferred to having guests put them on FB), (2) there’s e-RSVP (we went the paper route, but it seems like there are always people who would just rather tell you online), (3) the background and font and pages are TOTALLY customizable, and I really couldn’t stand some of the other websites’ limited font options, (4) FREE!, (5) NOT associated with The Knot (which really annoys me, because they make your website public, in my experience).

weddingwire – free, has the rsvp section that can be made private (we did for our shuttle), lots of different backgrounds and fonts, can add music, can do a specialty domain from Godaddy, has lots I mean lots of good stuff. Registry links, seating chart, checklist to make sure you are doing everything in a timely manner, budget keeper, guest list for everything (rehearsal, wedding, showers, bach parties you name it), has a checklist for gifts received and if you sent a thank you, ect, ect, ect all for FREEEEEE. If you PM me I can give you a look at our website.

We used weddingwindow.com and paid for the premium….it was the best website I liked and has all the features we wanted and is fairly easy to use.

we used glosite.com There’s a free version and a paid version. It’s amazing and let us do rsvps for an unlimited # of events (showers, bach parties, rehearsal, wedding) and send out emails that looked just like our invitations and that linked directly to our website and the website recognized each person and only showed each person the specific events and information that was meant for them. Can’t recommend it enough and got endless compliments on it.
