i wanted to be a teacher, and will be starting teacher’s college in the fall 🙂
A marine biologist or a doctor. Something sciencey.
And guess who’s applying for med school this September LOL.
I wanted to be Queen of the World. Seriously.
I wanted to be a lawyer. Always. Even though I didn’t know any lawyers or what they did really. And I am a lawyer now.
When I was really young, I wanted to be either a truck driver or a radio DJ. As I got older, I wanted to be a forensic pathologist, (my mom still tells people I wanted to be a mortician, no matter how many times I correct her -drives me nuts that she doesn’t know the difference).
I became a designer.
An artist, an art teacher, and a vet all at one point.
But when I was really little, I’m told that when asked by my mom what I wanted to be when I grew up, I said……a dog. lol
Oh wait! How did I forget this one! A DJ on a radio show! I was obsessed…I had this little purple boombox and I always had blank tapes in it and I would make my own radio shows and go around interviewing people. I still have some of the tapes and they are hilarious. There’s one where I’m trying to get my grandma to be LL Cool J and she has no clue who he is and keeps calling him LL Cool Jane. Sooooo funny!
I wanted to be a princess. Until I realised you can’t just do that. Then I wanted to be a mom. I used to always say botanist. Dunno why. I hate science and the outdoors. Truth is, I don’t think I ever actually figured that one out.
Well, if you asked me when I was about four, I wanted to be every carreer I could think of. Doctor, ballerina, nurse, vet, artist, teacher, etc. My mom said I would be busy. But once I got a few years older, it was always “an artist”. At one point I wanted to be a pastry chef [still an art, in my opinion], but I switched back to asrtist somewhere along the way. I’m trying to start a photography business, so I’d be an artist after all 🙂
its funny seeing what people wanted to be when they were little. nice to know people were as ridiculous as me 🙂 And also really cool seeing how many of us have accomplished are childhood dreams/working back to it
keep them coming!!
An olympic gymnist when i was 5, A doctor when I was 7, a teacher when i was 10 , a singer when I was 14 , a nurse when I was 16.
Haha I ended up none of those … I clearly get bored with things easily.
