I guess when I was little I wanted to fix shoes. I think I saw a shoe repairman on Sesame Street. My aunt still brings it up everytime I see her. lol

I wanted to be a funeral home director. Yeah… I ended up doing Early Childhood Development, and running a daycare.

My sister was the really interesting one though. At 4, she wanted to be a bartender a la Tom Cruise in Cocktail. At 6 she decided to become a cage dancer in Vegas. Now she’s a Criminal Justice major.

I wanted to be a mermaid. Failing that, a marine biologist so I could swim with whales. Failing that, marrying rich. Then I grew up and realized I’d rather marry for love 😛 but damn it would be nice if the guy I fell for was rich LOL!

Now I’m just going to be a Physician’s Assistant lol. Pseudo-doctor. I’ll make my OWN riches, baby!

A jockey. I think I passed 4’10” (and 90 lbs.) around 12. *sad face*

Others included a veterinarian, an archeologist, or a whale trainer at Sea World

ETA: Oh, yes! Can’t forget that I wanted to be Little Orphan Annie!

I wanted to be a ‘zoo chef’ – someone who makes the food for the animals.

Then I found out that you usually need a Zoology degree and that the first class in the program required you to break a live bird’s neck to prove you had it in you, and at that point I was done.
