We DIY’d ours.  I wish I had a photo w/me.  We put Names_____________, Yes__ No__. Please initial each guest’s menu choice pork__ fish__ veggie__

It worked well and nobody replied incorrectly!  we even numbered the backs but didn’t need it!

here ya go… I DIY’d and these are tear-off post cards. The back of the postcard has our address and stamp on one half, and a blank spot with “leave us a note!” on the other half.

@MandaMack: thanks! I printed a dotted line to make it clear it was a tear off, then I ran the RSVP cards through a sewing machine without any thread in it so that it’d get the punched holes. It really didn’t take any time at all. I think I got that idea from Bakerella 🙂
