I specified that I wanted the raw footage for mine.  It cost me a bit extra but is so worth it to me!

We got a trailer, a short film (12-15 minutes), the full ceremony and speeches.

You should review your contract to see if it says anything about receiving the raw footages.

I got a short trailer (5 minutes) and a 35-minute edited video, plus the speeches.  I also wish I had asked about getting the raw footage…

We’re geting a highlights video, but added in a clause saying that raw footage is available upon request.

We’re getting a 20-30 minute edited video and then we paid extra for all the raw footage.  I believe they also throw in a 3-5 minute “trailer” that we’ll get before the rest of the editing is done on the full video.

Yeah definitely check your contract. It should spell it all out for you!

We were very specific with our videographer before we signed the contract. We are getting a “Feature Film” which is about 25 minutes, all of the raw footage, a wedding “highlights” film and a wedding “trailer”.

We’re getting a 5 minute highlights video, a 15-20 minute edited video, all the raw footage, on blu-ray.  Plus he threw in a 2nd shooter for free 🙂
