That could be hiccups! I only felt my baby hiccup for the first time last night!! I’m 31 weeks but I also have an anterior placenta so that could be part of why it took me so long.

My LO used to hiccup all the time.  I could tell because it was a constant feeling, probably the rhythmic pulsing you’re feeling.  It was interesting because I knew where her head was when she would hiccup (she was head down from like 20 weeks on).

I have no idea what they feel like.  I’m 32 weeks pregnant and haven’t felt them.

It sounds like it could be hiccups.  At almost 30 weeks, I think I’ve only felt them twice, and it’s just a pretty faint rhythmic tapping for a minute or 2.

That was how it felt for me. Just a constant rhythm of bumps until they passed. I’ve felt him have the hiccups a few times now.

Thats pretty much how I would describe them feeling, but I didn’t feel them until much later.

@totheislnds:  You will eventually be able to see your stomach jump while he hiccups.  I noticed mine happened a lot after eating the same foods (apple juice) but were sometimes spontaneous.

From what I have heard is that you know it’s hiccups because it happens every few seconds for a couple of minutes.

I’m 29 weeks and I haven’t felt them yet.

I can’t remember when I felt them that I was certain they were hiccups. Maybe around 26 weeks? They are very rhythmic jump/bump feelings. Happening every 1-2 seconds for a couple of minutes. I’m 30 weeks now and pretty much feel them at least once a day if not more. My hubby was actually able to feel the jumping feeling this last week. I have an anterior placenta too.

@totheislnds:  I am 36 weeks as of tomorrow, and I would say I noticed them around 25-30 weeks. They didn’t last long with me either when he had them. I just always found it kind of amusing when it did happen.
