What do I do about the bar?

Calculate how much alcohol you’d need to provide (this site https://apracticalwedding.com/wedding-alcohol-calculator/  has a little infographic, but i’m sure there are plenty others on google) then price out what that would cost. 

Aside from one where you need to provide the alcohol and the other where it’s included, what are the differences? From what I can tell, option A will serve your signature drink/hard liquor the entire time whereas option B will only do that for the cocktail hour then switch to beer and wine? Do both include the same number of bartenders, hours of service, and things like cups, garnishes, napkins? That could factor in to your decision as well.
