@MexiPino:  This is hilarious to me because my pork shoulder has been in the oven for 3 hours now and my kitchen is 9,000 degrees! lol. But I’m gonna have some kick ass tacos in about an hour. The only thing I can think of it to slice off what you can and make “pork chops” so to speak. A little salt, pepper and ground mustard fried in olive oil. Or if you have some veggies make it a stir fry. I steam the veggies and then fry the salt and peppered pork (or beef), add onions, then make a sauce out of a little butter, a cup of chicken stock, worchestershire sauce and soy sauce. Serve over noodles. If you want an actual recipe I can look it up real quick. Just say the word.

@MexiPino:  Do you have to cook meat? I would make veggie pasta or veggie tacos.

But you could just hack pieces off the top and pan-fry them! Then you’d still have the majority left for when it’s NOT 95 God-forsaken degrees outside!
