That’s gorgeous! But the band is reallllllly thin. What kind of metal is it made out of?

@miss. eire: Thank you. I just wanted to show you the example instead of trying to explain it.  Smile

I wanted a plain band with a message inscribed on the inside and didn’t really think if it would fit with my ring (thought I could switch off between the two or wear my engagement on my right hand if it didn’t fit).  Well it did fit and I was ecstatic.  I think if you don’t mind having a plain band, then I think it will work.  The halo is set high enough that it fits right under there!

I’m also thinking of getting an eternity band to put on top of my engagement ring. I have a cheapy ring that looks like what I want to get and it fits great on top of my ring just fine – so you could even do a band with gemstones.

I love that peridot ring!  Seriously, it’s so lovely.  That seller does great work!

I have worn a few peridot rings and never had a problem.  Have you looked up tsavorite?  That’s a very pretty green stone.  Sapphires come in green of all sorts and are just gorgeous.  This site http://www.planetarygems.com has beautiful sapphires of all shapes and sizes, but also other stones.  I want to order something from them so bad!  Also, on ebay, thaigem has lots of great stones and I’ve enver had a problem with them selling unauthentic stones…they have a great reputation.

Just some ideas.
